Real Marine® Design: Part of Kicker's Real Marine design, the MWE104 subwoofer (51MWE104) carries an IP66 waterproof rating and has gone through rigorous testing to ensure it meets or exceeds marine industry standards, including ASTM B117 200 hr. salt/fog test and ASTM G154 400 hr. accelerated UV test.

Subwoofer Construction: The Kicker MWE104 features a stiff polypropylene cone co-molded to a TPE surround for durability and resonance control. The subwoofer basket is constructed of glass-infused nylon for improved thermal performance and durability.

Enclosure: The MWE104 is designed to produce tight, accurate bass and requires a sealed enclosure (sold separately) for best performance. Ideal sealed enclosure sizes range from 1.0 to 2.4 cu. ft. of internal air space.

Note: The Kicker MWE104 is not designed for free-air installation and will require an enclosure (sold separately).

Power: The 4-ohm MWE104 subwoofer can handle 200-400 watts RMS (800 W peak).

RGBW Lighting: The MWE104 subwoofer outfitted with a built-in 7 color LED lighting system on the back of the grille frame that will light up the speaker cone when activated. The subwoofer includes an 11" input harness with RGBW LED wiring. The harness is terminated in a watertight connector on one end and bare-ended wires on the other end. The Black wire gets connected to a +12 volt source while the Red, Green, Blue, and White wires are used to activate their corresponding color when a ground is applied. The optional Kicker KMLC Lighting Remote Control (sold separately) can provide a multitude of lighting modes.

Wiring: The Kicker MWE104 features two watertight connection ports for both the speaker and RGBW LED wiring. Two included 11" harnesses feature matching watertight connectors on one end, for plugging into the subwoofer, and bare-ended wires on the other end for attaching to your amplifier and LED lighting control.

Optional Grille: The MWE104 includes a charcoal spoke-style grille, but can use the optional 51MWG10W white grille (sold separately).
