Powered/Passive Design: The Kicker PowerCans (48BTCANS65) tower speakers feature one powered speaker, with a built-in 150W amplifier that can provide up to 75W of power to each tower speaker, and one passive speaker. A 6.5' speaker and RGB wire harness on the amplified speaker provides the connection to the passive speaker's 12" input harness, for a maximum of 7.5' of distance between the two speakers.

Drivers: The Kicker PowerCans feature a 1" titanium dome tweeter that's coaxially mounted to a 6.5" woofer, comprised of a polypropylene cone and Santoprene surround.

Outdoor Rated: The Kicker PowerCans are designed for all-weather use on UTV/ATVs, golf carts, side-by-sides, or any vehicle that uses a 12-volt electrical system, and carry an IP66 weatherproof rating.

Input Sources:

• Bluetooth: The PowerCans tower speakers feature built-in Bluetooth audio technology, letting you stream music from your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone or tablet, either stored music or from popular music streaming apps. Bluetooth volume and track selection can be made from your device or from the included wired remote control.
• Aux Input: The tower speakers also feature a 3.5mm Auxiliary audio input for playing music from a connected audio playback device. The Aux In jack is attached to a 12.5' cable for running to the front of the vehicle, providing easy access. The included wired remote can be used to change the volume for the Aux In source, but track selection must be made from your device.
• Aux Out: A 3.5mm Aux Out is provided for passing Aux In signals back out to additional optional powered speakers.

Controls: A Multi-Function button on the powered speaker is used for powering the system On/Off as well as for Bluetooth pairing and Source selection. A wired remote control is included that provides controls for Volume +/-, Track Forward/Back, and a Source/Pairing button (note: only Volume +/- can be used for the Aux In source). The wired remote control is designed to mount into a standard Carling-style switch cutout and includes 14' of attachment cable.

RGB LEDs: The PowerCans tower speakers include built-in RGB LED lighting on the back of the speaker grille that can light up the woofer cone. The speaker's RGB wiring lets you make a hardwire connection to power and ground for a single LED color, with options for Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, and White. The optional Kicker KMLC RGB LED controller (sold separately) can add additional functions to your RGB lighting, providing a wide variety of additional colors, along with options for Demo, Mode, Speed, and Brightness

Mounting: The Kicker PowerCans tower speakers includes 3 sets of brackets and hardware for mounting the tower speakers to round tower or roll bars 1.5", 1.75", and 2.0" in diameter. The included mounting bases for the brackets allow for +/- 30° of swivel when attaching, letting you optimize speaker aiming. Optional KPB Square Clamps (74KPBSQ) are available for 0.75", 1.0", and 1.25" square tubing and are sold separately.

Power: The Kicker PowerCans amplified tower speaker includes built-in 12.5' power and ground wires for attaching to your vehicle's 12V electrical system and chassis ground. A 15" section of power wire with an in-line 15A ATO fuse is included for attaching to the vehicle's positive battery terminal.
