- 2012 Avalanche, Sierra, Silverado Suburban, Tahoe & Yukon vehicles equipped with a navigation radio are not compatible
- Chevrolet Express vans & GMC Savannah vans equipped with diesel engines are not compatible
- Does not retain OnStar. For OnStar retention please use the OS-5
- Not compatible with BOSE "Premium" (Y91) amplifier
